Shipping policy

The following conditions apply: Delivery of goods is available worldwide, except for Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, and the Palestinian territories.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

We calculate shipping costs based on the shipping weight:

  • Up to 5 kg = €9.90
  • Up to 10 kg = €13.00
  • Up to 15 kg = €15.00
  • Up to 20 kg = €18.00
  • Up to 25 kg = €20.00
  • Up to 30 kg = €22.00
  • Above 30 kg = €1.00 per kg

For bulky goods (freight shipping), the price will be calculated individually and provided upon request. Bulky goods are marked as such in the product description.

International Deliveries:

We calculate shipping costs for international deliveries based on shipping weight:

Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Croatia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Northern Ireland:
€15.16 + €1.20 per kg

Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Sweden, Spain:
€16.93 + €1.62 per kg

UK:
€22.85 + €1.62 per kg

Switzerland, Norway, San Marino, Andorra, Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey):
€25.49 + €1.62 per kg

Hong Kong, India, Japan, Canada, Mexico, Turkey, UAE, China:
€40.46 + €8.50 per kg

USA:
€40.46 + €8.50 per kg

All other countries:
€40.46 + €8.50 per kg

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 1 to 14 days, and international deliveries take 2 to 21 days after contract conclusion (in the case of prepayment, after your payment has been received).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

For self-collection, we will inform you by email once the goods are ready for pick-up, along with the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
